Description
- Receiving and managing requests from customers. Analyzing the necessity, feasibility & impact on UX and users’ habits about the products.
- Analysing and building models, solutions and business flows based on the customer’s requirements
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Working closely with the product teams (CPO, CTO and Developers) to get the solution of the product.
- Drafting documents for business and solutions analysis.
- Coordinating with Project Manager to manage and monitor the project progress. Supporting team members to carry out the project.
- Taking part in User Acceptance Test along with Tester and QA.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analysis.
- Good analytical skills and writing skills
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding the requirements quickly. Expressing information clearly. Convincing customers effectively.
- Skill with teamwork, presentation, problem-solving.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science.
- Solid English communication skills in both written and verbal.
