Description
● Participate in meetings with Japanese Team.
● Support as a Bridge to translate spoken and written communication between Japanese and Vietnamese engineering teams.
● Directly communicate with customers via Email, Skype (or Chatwork, Slack) to adjust and agree on requirements, report work periodically.
● Responsible for connecting the team and customers
● Receive and manage documents and requirements from Japanese customers and project teams.
● Translate received documents as required, ensuring compliance with the company’s translation principles and processes
● Interpret for project team meetings with Japanese customers
● Responsible for connecting the team and customers
● Perform some tasks related to project management.
● Participate in daily meetings with Engineer team to understand the business of the project.
● Proactively propose opinions and ideas for product development.
Requirements
● At least Japanese proficiency level N2+ or equivalent or higher.
● Have at least 2 years of experience in IT Comtor.
● Oriented to becoming a BrSE and experienced in directly meetings with customer.
● High ability to learn and work independently, responsible and good at teamwork
● Agile, dynamic and positive in work.
● Candidates with experience studying or working in Japan are an advantage. Experience using tools such as Jira, Slack, Skype, Chatwork, Email to communicate with customers.
● Experienced in IT terminology of programming languages such as PHP, Shopify, NodeJS, Typescript,...
● Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Back Office or Admin.
