Requirements

• 4+ years w/ strong experience with Python, SQL (PostgreSQL), pandas, numpy, matplotlib
• Understanding of databases and concepts like materialized views and temporal tables, data lakes and warehouses
• Experience with Dagster or the ability to build expertise in it rapidly – Event-driven and stream-based processing and data pipelines
• Dev/ops experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Understanding of REST APIs.

Major Pluses:

• Java (8 or above)
• Azure data tools like Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure storage, Event Hub
• Apache Flink, distributed SQL query engines like Trino (was Presto SQL), Apache ORC and Apache Iceberg
• GraphQL

Optional:
Experience with building risk systems – Blockchain/crypto knowledge
